一、个人简介

        敖慧,博士、天下足球网、硕士生导师,中医药创新研究院;学术任职和兼职;中华中医药学会中成药分会副秘书长,主要从事中药配伍理论及中药品种、品质与药效研究;主持国家级课题1项,省部级3项,厅局级5项,主研“973”、国家自然基金等国家级、省部级课题8项。发表学术论文90篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI18篇(最高影响因子11.208,含高被引1篇),合计影响因子100,中文核心30篇,一般10篇;出版教材2部,专著10部,其中副主编3部,编委7部。

二、代表性成果内容简介

        1.人参白术配伍缓解化疗相关性腹泻的增效机制研究

        采用了16SrDNA技术深入探讨人参皂苷和白术挥发油配伍治疗化疗后腹泻的增效机制。16S rDNA扩增子测序的结果表明人参白术有效组分配伍后能够有效抑制5-Fu对小鼠粪便中肠道菌群整体结构的变化。在门水平上,5-Fu显著性升高了Firmicutes的相对丰度,降低了Proteobacteria的相对丰度和Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes(F/B)。在属水平,5-Fu明显增加了与腹泻有关的潜在致病菌Bacteroides、Ruminococcus、Anaerotruncus和Desulfovibrio的相对丰度。单用人参皂苷或白术挥发油不能逆转5-Fu造成的上述肠道菌群结构和门、属丰度的变化。然而,配伍后能够有效地调节肠道菌群不同门的丰度接近正常组,恢复F/B的比例,并能在属的水平上显著抑制5-Fu对上述潜在致病菌的促进作用和单用AMO和PGS对Blautia、Parabacteroides和Lactobacillus丰度变化的副作用。该结果为揭示相须药对的科学内涵提供了依据。

        2.阳春砂仁和绿壳砂仁挥发油比较研究

        本研究采用GC-MS和化学计量学比较研究了阳春砂仁和绿壳砂仁挥发油化学成分。结果表明:顺式橙花苷只存在于绿壳砂仁挥发油中。乙酸龙脑酯和樟脑分别被认为是区分二者最重要的成分。此外,层次聚类分析(HCA)和主成分分析(PCA)成功地区分了两种挥发油的化学成分。此外,偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)显示乙酸龙脑酯、α-卡地诺、芳樟醇、β-月桂烯、樟脑、D-柠檬烯、萜品烯和冰片等成分可作为鉴别两者的潜在标记物。综上所述,本研究为鉴别两种砂仁提供了一种科学的方法。
