国际教育学院是一个朝气蓬勃、充满生机、多元和谐的学院。现拥有来自37个国家和地区的540余名境外学历学生。春风化雨，万物开化，新时代的脚步也徐徐到来。为了让境外学生与内地学生更好地沟通交流，以一种新姿态面对新时代，并且全面提升学院整体形象，构建学院特色，培养学生的创作创新意识，以及协作能力，现面向全校所有师生征集‘学院logo’，单人创作，团体协作都可以参赛，试着让自己的设计留在天下足球网，给自己一个美好的纪念吧。
The International Education College is a vibrant, diverse and harmonious college with more than 540 overseas students from 37 different countries and regions. As the spring breeze blows, everything is enlightened, and the pace of a new era is slowly coming. In order to allow overseas students and mainland students to better communicate and swap ideas, face the new era with a new attitude, and comprehensively enhance the overall image of the college, build the college’s characteristics, cultivate students’ creative and innovative consciousness, and the ability to collaborate, it is now open to everyone including teachers and students of the school to participate in the college logo design competition as an individual or as a team. Try to keep your design in school and give yourself a blissful memory.

Requirements
1、作品要求原创，不得抄袭，一经发现，取消参赛资格，并承担相应法律责任。
2、参赛作品积极向上，富有寓意，能体现国际教育学院特色、文化。
3、可以通过画画或电脑设计，可以个人或团队形式参赛（团队人数≤3人）
4、标志LOGO图片，必须为电子稿版本，bmp、jpeg、jpg、gif 格式。
1. The work must be original. Once plagiarism is confirmed, the applicant will be disqualified automatically and undertake corresponding legal liability.
2. The design must positive, full of meaning, and should reflect the characteristics and multi-culture of the International Education College.
3. It can be designed through manual artistic painting or computer design, and it can be done by a single individual or a team (the number of team members must not exceed 3).
4. The logo must be submitted in an electronic version using bmp, jpeg, jpg, or gif format.
Participation
1、参与人员加入指定的群内（微信群二维码只有7天有效期，如过期请联系QQ:1939177063），填写个人信息参与活动，个人作品将统一收集。
2、作品以压缩包形式发送至邮箱:779370897@qq.com（王金龙），压缩包内容：作品图片（命名为作品主题名）+Word文档说明作品寓意并在文档中注明参赛选手学院专业+班级+姓名+联系方式。
1. Participants should join the designated group by scanning the following QR codes (note:WeChat group QR code is only valid for 7 days, if it expires, please contact QQ:1939177063), fill in the required personal information to participate.
2. The work should be sent to the mailbox in the form of a compressed package: 779370897@qq.com (王金龙), the content of the compressed package should include:
picture of the work (named as the subject name of the work) + Word document to explain the meaning of the work and indicate in the document the major and college of the contestant's + class + name + contact information.

Selection method
参赛者将自己的作品上传到微信小程序，通过公平公正的方式进行投票评比，遴选出前三等奖，以及若干优秀奖，国际教育学院为其颁发奖状和奖品。国际教育学院从最后遴选出的作品中选定学院logo。
Participants works will be uploaded to the WeChat mini program, and online voting and evaluation will be conducted in a fair and impartial manner.
The top three will be selected, prizes and several outstanding awards will be given. The International Education College will issue certificates and prizes to the winners. The International Education College will selects the logo of the college from the final selections.

1、参赛材料概不退还，请参赛者自行留存底稿。
2、最终设计稿的设计人不得将自己的设计方案另投他处；
3、设计稿最终确定成为学院标志后其全部权利归国际教育学院所有。全部权利包括但不限于知识产权、使用权、发布权、处分权；
4、本次活动最终解释权归国际教育学院所有。
1. The works will not be returned, please keep the manuscripts by yourself.
2. The designer of the final logo is not allowed to submit the design to another place.
3. After the designed logo is finally confirmed as the logo of the college, all rights belong to the International Education College. All rights include but are not limited to intellectual property rights, use rights, publishing rights, and disposition rights.
4. The final interpretation right of this event belongs to the International Education College.
