Notice on the Application of Chengdu Government Scholarship 2022
Types of projects Scholarship:
I :Chengdu" Belt and Road "Government Scholarship
II:Chengdu Government Scholarship for International Students from Chengdu Sister Cities
Eligibility:
1. Chengdu "Belt and Road" government scholarship applicants must have "Belt and Road" initiative program along their nationality, holding a valid foreign passport.
The list of "Belt and Road" countries is available on China's Belt and Road Network Webpage (https://www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/info/iList.jsp?) cat_id=10037)
2. The applicant must come from Chengdu sister Cities, born in sister city, holding a valid foreign passport.
Friendly sister city list please see sister city list.(Annex 1)
3. Be friendly to China and be in good health.
4. Abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and perform well in China.
5. Correct attitude towards learning, no violation of school rules and regulations, and excellent results.
6. Currently not receiving any scholarships from the Chinese Government, the Sichuan Provincial Government or other types of scholarships from the Chengdu Municipal Government during your study.
Scholarship Incentive criteria:
Undergraduate students 20,000 RMB / academic year, the term is generally not more than 4 academic years (medical major is 5 academic years).
Materials Application Form:
(1) Chengdu "Belt and Road" Government Scholarship
1. Applicant download and complete the Application Form for "Belt and Road" Government Scholarship for Foreign Students in Chengdu (Annex 2)
2.Applicants who already enrolled must fill in the Form for Review of Scholarship Status（Student Self-Assessment）at the same time(Annex 3)
3. Copy of applicant's passport or certificate of foreign nationality
4. Transcript or relevant academic certificate
5. Applicant a comprehensive recommendation material. The comprehensive recommendation materials include the comprehensive quality of the applicant and the participation of the activities, such as a copy of the winning certificate, photos of the participation activities, etc.
(2) Chengdu Government Scholarship for International Students from Chengdu Sister Cities
1. Applicant download and complete the Application Form for Government Scholarship for International Friendly Cities Students in Chengdu (Annex 4)
2.Applicants who already enrolled must fill in the Form for Review of Scholarship Status（Student Self-Assessment）at the same time(Annex 3)
3. Copy of applicant's passport or certificate of foreign nationality
4. Confirmation Letter of Friendly City Identity (copy or scan and original)(Annex 4)
5. Transcript or relevant academic certificate
6. Applicant a comprehensive recommendation material. The comprehensive recommendation materials include the comprehensive quality of the applicant and the participation of the activities, such as a copy of the winning certificate, photos of the participation activities, etc.
Related requirements and submission time:
1. Each applicant's application form and attached materials must be scanned in PDF format.
2. Please send the above electronic materials to the xuhanpiao@cdutcm.edu.cn ; deadline before 17:00 August 24th 2022
3. Email title format as "Student Full Name Application Scholarship Name " ex “David Chengdu Belt&Road Government Scholarship.
4. If the recommended materials are not complete, and do not meet the requirements or exceed the prescribed time shall not be accepted.
