?Notifications for 2022-2023 Academic Year Scholarships Annual Review
According to the provisions of the CSC scholarship as well as Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine international students scholarship management, students who have been awarded the scholarship for more than one academic year are required to participate in the annual scholarship review, to prove that the student is still qualified to receive the scholarship. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Categories of Scholarships
(1) CSC Scholarship student
(2) Sichuan Provincial Government Scholarship student
(3)Chengdu Belt and Road Government Scholarship for International Students, Chengdu Government Scholarship for International Students from Sister Cities
2. Participating in the student range
(1)Validity of scholarships lasts after September 2022.
(2)CSC students who are suspended due to the epidemic and poor communication may not participate.
(3)Students who do not participate in the Scholarships Annual Review will be suspended for the next academic year’s scholarship.
3. Evaluation method
(1)The annual evaluation of the scholarship is based on quantitative evaluation, with a total score of 100 points. Moral conduct accounts for 30%, academic performance accounts for 30%, study/scientific research participation accounts for 20%, and activity performance accounts for 20%. (2)The comprehensive score of the annual scholarship review = academic performance score * 0.3 + learning attitude and attendance score + daily behavior performance score + reward or other outstanding performance scores.
(3)The annual evaluation results of the scholarship are divided into qualified and unqualified.
4. Student Self-Assessment Procedure
(1)CSC students should log in to the CSC system for self-assessment. The system self-assessment steps will be notified by the teacher in charge.
(2)For other types of scholarship students, please log in the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Online Service Platform for International Students, finish the self-assessment steps. Please refer to Appendix 2 for the system login method.
5. Deadline and Submission Method
All scholarship students should to log in to the system accordingly and complete the self-assessment before 17:00 on May 9, 2022.
