Notice on Scholarship Annual Review of Provincial and Municipal Government Scholarships for Foreign Students in the 2021-2022 Academic Year
According to the requirements of the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine International Student Scholarship Evaluation Measures (Trial), government scholarship students at all levels who continue to study in the next academic year must participate in the annual scholarship review. Those who do not participate in the the scholarship annual review without reason, whose scholarship will be suspended. The scholarship annual review are hereby notified as follows:
1. Annual review target
Foreign students at all levels who intend to continue to enjoy government scholarships after September 2021 must participate in the annual review.
2. Annual review measurement
(1)The scholarship annual review will be quantified and the total score is 100. Ethics accounted for 30%, academic performance accounted for 30%, attendance/research participation accounted for 20%, and activity performance accounted for 20%. For details, please refer to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine International Student Scholarship Evaluation Measures (Trial) (Annex 1).
(2) The comprehensive score of the scholarship annual review = academic performance score * 0.3 + learning attitude and attendance score + daily behavior performance score + awards or other outstanding performance scores.
(3) The results of the scholarship annual review are qualified and unqualified.
3. Annual review process
Scholarship review includes student self-assessment, college evaluation, university evaluation and publicity.
(1)Student self-assessment: Scholarship students download and fill in the Scholarship Review (Student Self-assessment) Form (Annex 2), with supporting materials such as transcripts and award certificates attached. At present, students offline submit the form to the professional college for preliminary evaluation; students online submit the form to the International Education College for preliminary evaluation by email.
(2)Preliminary evaluation of the college: related department of the professional college and the International Education College will complete the student's scores.
(3)The university conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the scholarship students, puts forward the evaluation opinions of "qualified" or "unqualified", and after publicizing, submits the annual review report to the relevant departments of Sichuan Province and Chengdu City for approval.
